Ingredients:
8 ounces of cooked long-grain rice
4 ounces of peas
3 ounces of chicken (you can use ham if you wish)
3 ounces of peeled prawns
2 medium eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt

Step-by-Step Guide:
1) In a wok, heat the vegetable oil.
2) Stir in the rice and stir fry for about one minute.
3) Add the chicken (or ham) and the peeled prawns.
4) Keep cooking for another five minutes over a high heat.
5) Stir in the eggs and peas, and cook for two more minutes.
6) Season with salt.
