Do you know that our Sweet and Sour Sauce does not contain any gluten? Then what do we use to thicken the sauce? Well we use potato starch to make our sauces just to let you know. As I know many of our customers do not like the taste or have problems eating with gluten in it. Don't worry our dishes are gluten free unless mentioned.

We will let you know which dish has wheat gluten on our menu.
